    Beautiful sunsets and panoramic views await you. Just steps from Newport Pier, fabulous restaurants, and shopping. Short walk to Balboa Fun Zone and Lido Island.

    Enjoy breakfast, brunch or family barbeque on the veranda with gorgeous views of Catalina Island. Wake up to crashing waves while dolphins swim by.

    Beautifully remodeled! This downstairs unit has a master bedroom with a king bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. There are 2 bathrooms in this home. The master has a bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Home also has a washer and dryer for guests to use.

Fabulous

Family had a great time! House was stocked with everything you would need! Great location, walking down to the pier for shopping & dining was great! I’m a life long Newport Beach vacation renter this is a great place looking forward to next year already!

Great location for a beach weekend in Newport

Memorial Day Weekend staying at this beach house was great! The location is perfect and the house was clean. We BBQ’d & hung out all weekend. This place has everything you need for a long weekend of fun.

Fall oceanfront get away

Great location!! Excellent customer service—our Keurig was broken and Nicole had a new Keurig at our front door the next morning—in time for coffee! Perfect stay for 4 adults!!!

Great house and great location. But two years in a row I’ve stayed and told them last year the bbq doesn’t work and they never replaced it. So when they say there’s a bbq, there isn’t. Also, this year some over the burners on the stove were not working properly either… all and all it’s a great house! Just starting to need a little more attention.

BEST PLACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY THE BEACH LIFE

We came back for our second summer in a row and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Ideal location to all the shops, restaurants and bars in Newport and Balboa and the absolute best spot for people watching! We loved just sitting on the patio, feet up, enjoying our wine and admiring the ocean in front of us. Big enough for our family of 4, and it's so great to have a garage. Highly recommend for the most convenient and comfortable place to stay on the beach.

Lovely home. Great location

We had a wonderful time at this oceanfront home. Ocean and sand right outside your front patio. Newly renovated, clean and kitchen is equipped with everything you need with great appliances too. Beds are super comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. It was the perfect vacation for our family. Thank you Nicole for everything!

Newport Beach Unit

Location was very good. Unit medium clean but the noise from the unit above was unbearable. Banging every night until 3 am. Very loud and we could hear every footstep. We would not stay here again.

Perfect family condo!

Best location on the strand! Super close to the pier, restaurants and shops. We were also able to walk to all things Balboa, including the Fun Zone! The condo itself was 11/10 for cleanliness. The beds were super comfortable. The garage for parking was a lifesaver! We experienced 2 different families in the upstairs unit - we could hear them walking and running around....My only other compliant would be the microwave, it was a dorm size and would not spin a bag of popcorn. If we return to that part of Newport, we would consider booking again.

1900 W Oceanfront stay

Convenient location and within walking distance to everything. No need for a car. Property manager was great with responding promptly to our inquiries before we arrived. The only thing that was disturbing was the family upstairs from us, which isn’t anyone’s fault (just the family upstairs). They were unbelievably loud and disrespectful beginning at 6am each day, had at least 2 families, possibly 3, with a lot of toddlers jumping and screaming non-stop. Aside from the family upstairs, everything was great!

Quick family vacation

I have stayed at several VRBOs. Truthfully, I've always been a little disappointed. However, this time what a change. The place was appointed nicely. The pictures were truly reflective of what reality was at the condominium. The kitchen was well appointed. There were some broken utensils but clearly it didn't stop us from making nice meals. They had plenty of beach towels and plenty of beach toys which made it easy for our granddaughter for her visit. Next time we're in Newport I would recommend this highly.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! If you like the Newport Beach area you will love this location. Located right on the beach front and walking distance (maybe 2 minutes) from all of the attractions around the pier. Here are a few of the amenities we loved that really made our trip great... Comfortable beds and great linens Beach chairs and umbrella in the garage Plenty of beach towels Plenty of Tide and Cascade Pods Great HVAC system Great Host We also loved having a garage. We initially didn't plan on renting a car but 1 day in we saw the need and rented on Turo. We loved being able to go out and explore the surrounding area (Laguna, Dana Point, Hunting Beach) The only negative would be that it is a downstairs unit and you hear all of the footsteps from the upstairs unit. Luckily it wasn't an issue until the last couple of days of the trip when a new family moved in upstairs. I was thankful that they weren't there the entire week as they were very loud once they got rolling at 6 AM. This same host has the upstairs unit and if we are ever able to come back I would want to stay here again but would probably pay a little extra for the upstairs unit just to not worry about sound of foot steps.

Lovely home

Amazing location! Very close to shopping and restaurants. Literally on the beach. The home was clean and comfortable. Nicely updated. There is a bathtub in the guest bathroom but no plug so not very useful. And the sliding glass door locking with a board was a bit annoying. Otherwise no complaints.

50th Birthday

Rented this for my wife's 50th birthday. Great condo in a fantastic location. Easy walk to restaurants and bars and great people watching from the patio. Kids loved the beach and riding bikes up and down the boardwalk. We would highly recommend. Would love to come back next year!
