「This place was great, enjoyed it for my 21st birthday, nice and close to everything! Great for a small family group or just a couple, couples.」

「It was a bit tricky to find as it is on a side road not the actual address of the main house but mission accomplished-I found it. I was happy to off the busy main road. I found everything easily and enjoyed my stay. I never saw the host or had any communication other than via email thru VRBO. I would recommend this as it was very well appointed and clean.」

「Our stay was wonderful, although checkout was a bit early 10am. Not enough time to get ready an out the door when you have to get the sheets off the bed wash and into the dryer.」

「Clean,well stocked bungalow just outside downtown Cocoa Village. Short trip to Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral and all the shopping, restaurants and beaches. Very nice screened porch with dining table.」

Tried a few different other restaurants as well few blocks away. The beach wagon, chairs, beach towels,umbrella and cooler bag was awesome. Loved the back patio hang out. 「Home was centrally located so you could walk or drive to anywhere you wanted to go」

「One of the most well appointed properties we have ever rented. They pretty much thought of everything. The house and pool are lovely and provided my family with much enjoyment. This is an Evolve property. Whenever we are booking through VRBO we give preference to their listings as they are always top notch. In the unlikely event that you have an issue they handle it promptly and efficiently. Book this property if available - you won’t regret it.」
