「We stayed here during March. The property is accurately represented in the listing. It contained everything we needed - note that the kitchenette is small with small fridge, full size coffee maker and toaster. No oven. Room darkening shades were awesome. Hot tub was awesome. Roku on the TVs for streaming. One block walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops in Carlsbad. Much recommended!」

「All the amenities of being at home. Unit had a portable AC if needed, but the cross breeze and ceiling fans were enough. Gated lot, quiet complex. Didn't use the pool because temps dropped a bit. Will definitely stay again.」

「We would give every one of these rating categories a higher number if we could ...as we had a wonderful, simple and upbeat experience at the 645 Grand Avenue apartment. Its' location just a block from State Street with it's Farmer's Market each Wednesday and minimal steps to the 100+ shops and 50+ restaurants of the Village was an unexpected bonus. We immediately loved the short walk to the City Beach at night, morning, sunset and all day. Great sand, great surf for kids to play, great...

Everything we could possibly need, including amenities that went well beyond expected (including a basket of snacks, earplugs on the nightstand, plenty of toiletries, etc). King bed was comfortable. Good quality linens - sheets and towels. Hannah is so responsive and helpful! Highly recommend.」
