「A very nice, clean and relatively modern studio that was as advertised. Location is not too bad, fairly close to the beach, but away from most craziness. The beach that is within walking distance was very crowded, but thats to be expected on Memorial Day weekend. Overall I would recommend this place and would book it again」

We did have difficulty getting in and I was a bit annoyed when the person we were talking with from Vascasa kept saying our check in wasn't until 4pm and the reason the code wasn't working when it was a 2pm check in...it all worked out and we had a great stay.」

「There was no closet to hang clothes . Had to keep stuff in suitcases . Had 2 couches in small efficiency . If it were my place I would remove one of them and put a wardrobe for clothes . The table had crumbs all over it and in the cracks.」

「This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...

「First, I was contacted by the manager asking for the payment to be made cash or money order or I would have to pay a $40 for paying with a credit card. Second, the distribution of the property is incorrect, it says it sleeps 17, it might sleep 10comfortably. Third, the bathroom door in the front of the apartment needs a new handle, when u go in u get stuck and u will need someone to open it for u from the outside. Forth, the apartment was not clean, I belive they do not change the bedding...
