「It was exactly what we wanted. It had a small kitchenette with utensils for making breakfast. Bathroom was big, clean, good strong water flow. The bed was super comfortable and perfect for two. The pullout bed was good as well. Access to the flat was simple.」

The owner’s representatives at Pickaflat were not only kind and understanding but extremely accommodating and patient to answer our questions. The apartment was great, clean and the bed very comfortable but the host/staff gave us the feeling that we were among friends. Oh, and the best part - there was an iron! 」

「Sofia’s apartment is conveniently located close to the Arc de Triomphe. Clean and perfect for a stay close to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Communication was quick and helpful! Also, she and her cleaning person went above and beyond to help me when I reached out for assistance!! A wonderful location, very clean and super for our four night stay!」

「Pros: You can't beat the location of this property. Great neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants and transportation. And the building has an elevator which is extremely helpful. Cons: The bathroom is extremely small so if you are larger size this might not work for you. And there are very noisy neighbors above in the morning and at night so if you are a light sleeper beware.」

「L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont sympas et souples sur les horaires d’arrivée car avec le train nous arrivions à 22:30 mais cela n’a pas posé de problème. Seule chose à faire attention les escaliers pour monter à la mezzanine ne sont pas fait pour tout le monde. Mais pour nous tout était bien.」

「We loved being so close to everything, yet just barely enough removed from where all the traffic was ~ 1/2 block away. It is a wonderful location and very quiet. The terrace made the space seem even bigger, too. When it wasn’t raining, we got to enjoy the outdoor space. The owner and housekeeper even stopped by to greet us and drop off fresh plants for the terrace. The bedroom is small, but it met our needs for sleeping.
