「We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was quite great. Lobby and the room were all very clean. two nice pools and fun live music or karaoke each night. The staffs were nice and helpful. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to one of the best beaches in Algarve ( Praia da Falésia) if you want to spend time with your kids playing in the beach. Highly recommended.」

「Buffet breakfast was excellent and convenient. Room was spacious and overlooked a huge pool. Location was good and walkable down to the beach where there were lots of activity for shopping and dining. Highly recommend. 」

「Het gebouw en de zwembaden worden redelijk onderhouden. Dezelfde gebreken als 2 / 3 jaar terug nog niet gerepareerd. Verder eigenlijk te weinig ligbedden waardoor er weer handdoekje leggen geblazen is als je bij het zwembad wil liggen. Vriendelijk personeel en prima poolbar. Niet geschikt voor minder validen. 」

「Très beau complexe avec plusieurs piscines. Nous avions un appartement avec vue sur la mer. Belle cuisine avec toutes les commodités. Serviettes changées aux jours. Complexe très bien entretenu. À proximité des restos et épiceries.」

「It would have been nice not to have any young families above us. Babies crying and parents rushing to take care of the little ones. The hotel was not at capacity we could have been given another room. The entertainment group was great for having activities every night. 」

「The staff at this hotel are 10/10. We moved from another hotel that was horrible, we was allowed to check in early & check out late. They was able to dry a couple items of clothing at short notice as the balcony wasn’t in direct sunlight. Second time we have stayed here & would use another hotel again. 」

「最高に素敵なホテルでした。毎晩のショーが無料で楽しめ特にピアノが素敵でした。しかし、フロントで紹介して頂いた近くのIInternational Dental Centre が最悪でした. 外れた義歯を付けて貰うだけで50ユーロも取られ、しかも翌日にすぐはずれてしまいました。 フロントから電話をして貰ったのですが返金して貰えず、担当の医者が出勤してないからわからないと他の歯科医が出て来て言いました。これは詐欺です。 ポルトガルは素晴らしい国ですが、歯医者は最悪だから気をつけてください。」

「Very beautiful area, the best in Albufeira, nicely maintained gardens and swimming pools. A lot of kids making any attempt to swim impossible. Would be nice to have one lane in the heated pool for adults. 」

「Thank you Grand Muchu Oura View Club. For a pleasant stay and enjoyable holiday. I got in contact with the hotel prior to arriving as our flight arrived in Faro early in the morning. This was excellently acknowledged and our early check into the hotel was fully accomodated. My travelling party needed the extra support and this was honoured by the reception team. Communication with the hotel upon arrival and throughout our stay was very pleasant. Even when we had issues with the light in...

「Hotel staff were excellent. The rooms could do with updating but very clean and comfortable. All in all very quiet apart from one afternoon where there was some major work in the apartment above me. The metal chairs on balconies are very uncomfortable to sit on too. Hotel central for most things - walked to old town daily, plenty of restaurants nearby and also took a taxi to Vilamoura (€25). 」
