「Excelente hotel en Zanzibar. Espectacular playa y mar, deliciosa comida, insuperable servicio y habitaciones amplias y modernas. El único pequeño "pero" es que hay muchas escaleras, lo que puede complicar a personas con movilidad reducida. Hotel 10 de 10.」

「There were so many flying ants in the room at night when we came back from the pool. The hotel staffs were so slow to take action. I had to ask the reception to solve the problem many time. I will never stay here again.」

「妻との旅行で利用しました。 チェックインより早い時間に到着しましたが、アーリーチェックインをしてくれ、チェックイン時も付近の案内や施設の案内を丁寧にしてくれました。Wifiも問題なくつながります。 ホテルの目の前にビーチがあり、きれいなサンセットが見れます。また敷地内にプールもあり、木陰もあって、日焼けが気になる人はこちらで泳いだらいいかもしれません。 基本とても気の利くスタッフで快適に過ごせました。また利用したいと思います。」

Ma femme est tombé malade pendant le séjour, et ils ont fait venir un médecin dans la journée , qui suite à l'explication des symptômes par téléphone et la consultation, avait déjà les médicaments avec lui. Ensuite mon véhicule de location est tombé en panne de batterie . Le personnel de l’hôtel est venu avec des fil et une autre batterie et ils m'ont permis gratuitement de recharger ma batterie . As the name shows, it is managed by Italian company, and all the guests except us were Italians, I guess. But overall, we have enjoyed our staying so much.
