「Perfect, will be back.」

「8泊しました。インターネットにて予約しましたが部屋のタイプが違っていました。2泊目部屋の全ての水が出なくなり大変不便でした。8泊のうち部屋の掃除をしてくれたのは2回のみ、1回はタオルとアメニティのみフロントに取りに行きました。フロントに文句を言うも聞いてもらえず、直接部屋掃除の人にお願いするもダメです。部屋にバスタブはあるけれど冷蔵庫はなし、オーナーチェンジしたばかりとは言えあまりにもひどかった。」

「Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. 」

「Fast check in. Staff were all friendly. Room was nice enough. Bar was nice with a goid choice. Also had an evening meal, which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again, but wouldn't bother with the breakfast. I'd buy that elsewhere.」

「We have just got home from three nights in Blackpool. Two adults and 1, 11 yo. Room was spacious and actually had a bed rather than a sofa bed. Right next to Pleasure Beach. Breakfast was delish. Chris and Nancy were super hosts! If we come back we would defo book back here. 」

「Lovely stay at a very friendly hotel. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the hotel owners Paul and Scarlet could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We did not book breakfast but it was there for us each day if we wanted it. Paul recommended other bars for us to attend and helped reassure us about one we weren't sure about. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Dragon Fly and will certainly return 」

「Had a lovely stay at Gabrielle's for two nights over a weekend. Bed was lovely and comfy and the room was cosy and well looked after. Meg was really sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and included in price. Had a bit of trouble with the water pressure in the shower which we forgot to mention but everything else was spot on. Would definitely consider coming back if we're ever back in Blackpool. 」

「Family room, was great, very clean and inviting. Breakfast was lovely. Host are great, very pleasant and accommodating. Last minute stay not knowing what to expect as usually go for big hotels, can not fault, enjoyed every minute. 」

「The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Room 8 (on the top floor of the property) was excellent, spacious and nicely decorated. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. The king size bed was comfortable for those who like a really soft bed. Breakfast was very nice and overall the atmosphere was very pleasant.」

「Great appartment that was clean and well prepared for our stay. Landlord communicated access clearerly ahead of arrival. Parking was almost next to the door as the corner shop at the end of the street does a great deal to park on their forecort. Location is almost on top of the pleasure beach and tram service. Really liked the place and would stay here again 」
