Japan Spa Vacations

Very clean room friendly staff close to the shops an station.

I've stayed a few times at Chinzanso and the service is always very good. The rooms are a little dated but are very large, for Japanese standards. The reason I stay at Chinzanso is the Garden. Pay the extra fee and get a garden view. From our rooms we could see Mt. Fuji!

Everything was perfect with our stay, and we will definitely recommend to everyone we know

Thalasso pool was amazing! So rejuvenating! Rooms were spacious with beautiful water views. Staff was the best we’ve experienced in Japan!

We checked into this hotel for one night. Initially, it’s very confusing once arriving trying to find hotel entrance. For such a large hotel, it was surprisingly hard to find entrance. Hotel had 2 trainees at front desk. Everything went ok at check-in. Kind of peculiar that you are asked to pay tax at check-in but are told a receipt for the tax paid will be provided at checkout. I paid 600 yen and felt I should have been given a receipt at time of payment. Room was typical small and dated. Hot spring was a nice perk for this stay. Hotel breakfast buffet was good.
