Klassari Trail Ski Vacations

This has to be removed from Expedia’s website. Everything listed about this place should be questioned. We booked for 10 nights and dealt with nothing but extreme noise almost daily and then was checked out after 8 days and had to check back in again to try to get back into the building for our last 2 nights. We were locked out for a hour at 9 PM after being given new codes that didn’t work. 3 nights of false fire alarms going off about 11 pm with fire trucks showing up to turn them off. The noise from the front of the building is tram noise 24/7 but the delivery trucks and recycle pickup at 4:30am in the morning is crazy. The deliveries for the supermarket right below your windows every morning and night usually starting after 8PM is really loud. I wish I could load the videos of how bad it was to this post. This place is a 1 star at most. We have traveled extensively and have never had to deal with all these problems anywhere. The staff keeps saying they are here to help but no help is given when needed or corrected. A lot of other nice places to stay. Now I know why there prices to stay here are not to bad. And before I forget they only gave us 1 day for cleaning for a 10 night stay and was charging a fee for a cleaning of the room. Stay away trust me on this one😎

The location was excellent and the ability to do laundry in the unit was key for the long stay. Loved this place and did not want to leave.

This is a beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff and a great location in the design district. We walked to all the sites and enjoyed the nearby cafes and restaurants. I have travelled extensively, and I have never experienced such a wonderful breakfast! I’m gluten-free, and there are so many delicious options. It’s well worth it - very impressive! The room was lovely too, definitely looking forward to returning here.

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times and have been totally happy with everything. It has the best location in the very center of Helsinki, easy walking distance from the railroad station (which has an easy connection to the airport), stores, restaurants and sights. The international staff is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers very good food and is open late. The lobby offers comfortable seating areas and a friendly bar. The rooftop bar has a great view over the city and has a very interesting cocktail menu and mixologists who explain your drink to you. The rooms are very clean and nice. On our last stay we received an upgrade and that room was quite spacious. This is definitely the hotel where I want to stay during my annual visits to my original home city (I live in California).

Very clean elegant hotel with nice and helpful staff. The best buffet breakfast with rich varieties. Great location to walk around the city center.

追加料金わ支払いアーリーチェックイン予約してたのに、入口、部屋全てのセキュリティコードが送られてこず、メールを送ったが即答は無く日曜日とも重なり非常に困った アパートの住人の方がオーナーに電話してくれて漸く担当の方が来てくれた 因みにオーナーは寝てたようだ その後、この件に関しての謝罪メッセージも無く、送られてくるメッセージは無視
