Bed frame make creaking sounds when moving around and the bed leaned slightly to one side. They stuck me in a room in the back of the building on the 4th floor which was super noisy from the large industrial AC/fan units so avoid that when checking in, if you can.
Out of all the staff i encountered, only 1 was rude and they were a waiter at the restaurant but everyone else was excellent.

There were 16 of us in our group. I was unhappy with the hotel reception staff; the receptionist who attended to us wasn't very polite and didn't smile once while we were waiting to check in. After a long journey, we arrived hoping for a relaxing stay, yet we didn't receive the kind of welcome my friend had described. It will likely be a long time before we return.
