Everything is good about the property. Probably the coordination overall needs to be improved.

We stayed in Hyatt Regency Chennai for 12 days. We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was the highlight of the day. Wide array of food was available and the staff were very friendly & polite. The rooms were clean & very comfortable . The staff in the parking lobby were very courteous and attentive. I would definitely stay again and also recommend to others. Keep up the good work!

A convenient, quick transit spot since it sits right near the airport and right at the entrance of the city. However, this did not cut my true 5-star. The staff was absolutely wonderful—the team was incredibly warm, attentive, and eager to help with any request. The breakfast was another major highlight, offering a great, expansive spread with plenty of options to choose from. Multi cuisine.. Unfortunately, the property falls short in a few key areas. The rooms, while great views, needed some extra dusting, and some TLC. Families should also note that there are absolutely no amenities for kids other than the pool, needs a play area or something similar to keep children entertained. while the rooftop restaurant offers cool views of the city and passing planes, the space itself is looking tired and definitely needs a facelift to bring it up to premium standards. It’s a decent place to crash if you need to be close to the airport entrance, but it needs a bit more attention to detail to truly earn its luxury rating.

The room was very neat and clean. the service was excellent. and the breakfast was very nice we loved lot. The staff was awesome. Overall we enjoyed our stay
