Riviera delle Palme Ski Vacations

No such thing as a 4 start Apart Hotel, will always recommend if you book this place to first get there and inspect the area, check the parking lot and don’t allow them to charge extra fees unless you decide to stay, I guess you get what you paid for

If you book a room at this hotel, be prepared: there's no way to reach the host. Not by phone, not on WhatsApp, not through the booking chat. If you can't figure out the "escape room" puzzle to open the lockbox or the door, you'll be stuck finding somewhere else to sleep for the night. And expect to pay extra for literally any service, even just leaving your bags for a couple of hours

Great rooms close to everything including the beach

We loved the look of this hotel online. The room and property were just as beautiful as pictured. The 2 knocks I would give are: 1. location - not the best location / quite a far walk from most major areas in Nice. It was close to a secondary train stop though which was good. 2. Staff helpfulness / friendliness - we found service very slow everywhere we went. From waiting for a drink at the bar, to trying to get a towel at the pool. We were sent on more than one occasion down to the lobby because the self serve towels at the pool had run out.

This is an amazing hotel, my second time staying here. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the rooftop restaurant is out of this world. The spa is beautiful and the gym is great as well. I’ll definitely be back ☺️

Beautiful, comfortable rooms in the middle of Nice. Easy to walk to Old Town, Promenade, Castle Hill and Beach. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Spacious rooms and welcoming, helpful staff. Food and drinks were excellent. Price is high but worth it

Fantastic location and good parking. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

Villa Rose is a charming stay that not only covers the basics, but has excellent and friendly staff.
