The hotel is beautiful, really modern and the rooms are huge. A huge bed with a separate shower and toilet. The only downside of the rooms is that they are pretty dark and no air con (though they were providing fans). The bar is lovely, with a great drinks selection. A short walk to many restaurants and nearby train stations, a great hub to base yourself if visiting Hamburg.

Very large hotel. Staff friendly, but friendliness of front desk people seemed forced rather than genuine. The hotel seemed very well-staffed (there are plenty of staff around). Beautiful, but small, swimming pool. Even smaller workout room. My room was spacious and very comfortable. A/C worked well and room was quiet and well equipped. A 5-min walk to the Dammtor station, from which one can easily reach the Hauptbahnhof. Short walk to lovely park along the water, too.

Staff are a bit rude, but everything other than the staff are perfect.

Great business 5 star hotel super clean and efficient. Also a great steak house and bar onsite. Very central. Definitely recommended

One of the most lovely and comfortable places I’ve stayed. Staff was most helpful with bag check and printing our departure train tickets. Also enjoyed the comfortable library space in the hotel. Highly recommend!
