Excellent location. Can’t get any closer to shin-Kobe station. Has underground grocery and 100 yen store. Nunobiki falls and the Herb Garden are right around the corner. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and even helped us reserve dinners and tickets to events.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We even had a lovely visit to a nearby waterfall. Enjoyed the onsen. Highly recommend for the onsen, proximity to shopping and the amazing staff.

The rooms were a good size and even had a couch to sit on in them. The bathroom was small but clean and sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to food spots and the train station. It was a good location and would stay again if in Kobe.

まず、ご飯が1泊２食付きと書かれていたので、鶏鍋やすき焼きなどが選べると思ったら、強制的に鶏鍋の予約になっていた。 結局アップグレードして（一人2000円追加）すき焼きにしたが…びっくりする位量が少ない!! ハチ北の他の宿に泊まってすき焼きを食べたときの半分ほどのお肉しかなかった。（画像で3人分です他にはご飯しかありません。） そしてお肉が硬かった。 あれは本当に但馬牛でしょうか…？ きっと但馬牛でもかなり安い部位なんだろうな…。 これでは楽天とかの方が安いので損をした気分です。 あと、卓球などができる憩いスペースがあったんです が、こちらにあるコタツ、ストーブ（コンセントが抜かれていて届く場所にない） ...

We drove to the ryokan from Nagoya Centrair and had no problems finding it. Parking was free and it was conveniently located right next to the ropeway (which was great!).
