Campanian Archipelago Ski Vacations

Hotel was hard to find as someone traveling from out of country. Walked the mall several times and ask multiple people but no help. Update description of location to help locate. Old Holiday Inn in mall. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Room was horrible and view sucked. Do not recommend.

It is a lovely hotel with an amazing staff who go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect for those intending to use the train system for tourism, like going to Pompei or Rome. The room was very good, breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and kind. Despite facing the train station the acoustic isolation of the room was perfect. The only cons: I wasn’t offered a room upgrade, the 20% discount in beverages and foods was never mentioned and I was not able to reduce the water temperature of the shower. I would definitely stay there again and can recommend this hotel

The staff was very friendly. You see their office every time you enter or exit the hotel, and they were always nice and waved. We used the complimentary coffee machine one time, and the cappuccino it made was okay, but convenient. The room itself was large and modern. It was very clean.
