The check in process is very lengthy, I waited 45 minutes to check in at midnight. Not enough staff working to check in guests. While I was waiting in line, my rooms were released - we were assigned smoking optional rooms, however I had booked
non smoking rooms. We had to move to non smoking rooms the next day.
I’ll think twice about staying there again.

The staff was great. The room was beautiful. Lots of space. It was in nice neighborhood near a park but still close enough to venues . The rooftop bar and restaurant was perfect for viewing over city.
There were several good restaurants around the corner. We felt very safe walking.
Staff was very friendly and helpful..!!

I had no experience or knowledge of the property when I booked it, but the facility was impressive and impeccably kept, the staff attentive and helpful and the location just far enough away from the daily throngs of tourists to be very peaceful. I felt like I’d found a hidden gem.

Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Appreciated the shuttle to the airport. Our driver in the morning asked for €30,00 but the hotel booking and emails from the hotel clearly stated it was €25,00.
The room was warm and the air conditioner unit didn’t work efficiently. But the bed was comfortable and I actually slept well.
Would have been nice to have complimentary water bottles.
The room could use some upgrades and some thorough dusting. Also the lighting was quite dim throughout. Too dim for my aging eyes.

The room was quiet, clean and well maintained. The only issue is while there is a shuttle from the airport, there is no shuttle back to the airport. You have to get the desk to arrange for a taxi, which you then pay for directly.
