Arenberg-Immendorf Ski Vacations

This was a lovely stay and met all our needs as a family of 4. Splitting the sofa bed to have the beds apart a bit would've worked a bit better for us but that's a personal thing. The main bed was really comfy! Water pressure was crap so that needs addressed however I do think they are maybe just being more cautious with water use given the heat waves! So that's ok. It's not a bad location at all. Rooms really quiet. We used the bar area and the possibility to buy a few drinks/snacks from the fridges across from the reception was great. I'd recommend the hotel to friends

We appreciated the hotel was within walking distance from the train station and Köln Dom as we had an early train. The windows open! The bathroom was large and had excellent water pressure. The beds and pillows were newer and quite comfortable. Breakfast (included) was plentiful and had a wide selection of items suitable for many visitors (Scandinavian, British, American). Drawbacks: the room temperature didn’t adjust and too warm for sleeping comfortably. Bottom line 4.5 stars and would definitely book again.

Hotel is in a great location - just off the beaten track but close to everything one needs. Close to shops, restaurants and transport links (there's an underground entrance hidden near by). The room (2nd floor) was good; clean, large, AC, etc - only problem was flooding by shower. Breakfast is very good - wide choice. Didn't use Spa. Would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. They offered a lot of tips on shopping and dining options a few meters away. Bed and pillows were extra comfortable.
