Everything about this small boutique hotel was perfect.

Very pleasant hotel in quiet location. Staff welcoming and helpful……clean, comfortable room and good breakfast if required. Would happily revisit.

Great location close to the Louve with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. They are renovating parts of the hotel and we stayed in a recently renovated room that was spacious and clean with robes, towel warmer and Nespresso machine. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Paris.

Overall, we had a very good experience at the hotel. The public spaces are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great though because cruise lines use the hotel, the breakfast area can be extremely crowded and a little chaotic when these travelers try to have breakfast at the same time. We did find that housekeeping was not well organized. The housekeepers would leave cleaning supplies in our room on occasion and once did not make up our room. We would probably not go back to the hotel again.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for over a decade, exactly what you’d expect from a hotel in it’s class, from location to the friendly helpful staff who actually remember a guest by their name. It hardly gets better, from the view to high-end shopping, it’s has it all! Did I mention the great staff… love this place!

I am torn on this. We paid a premium to stay here in a duplex suit. Firstly the staff were amazing and would do anything they could to help you. They made the stay to be fair. Now to the room, very nice but the carpet was quite marked, loved the upstairs with the second TV which meant we could watch different programmes as there was a TV downstairs. The room is functional and clean, I didn't understand the coffee machine and kettle plugged into a cupboard though!!! So while we enjoyed our stay, I am distracted by the price we paid, it might have been more expensive as there was tennis event on and the Paris 10K, not able to fully comment on that. Would I have paid full price no, would I stay again, absolutely as the location is great, 10 mins from the Eiffel Tower and 15 mins from Gare du Nord using the metro 8 and 4 lines. Plenty of places to eat around, So location is pretty damn good as well. Maybe I am just a tight Yorkshire man. As mentioned, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again as we know our way around now and the staff were great. Hope that helps folks.

The cleaning service after the first night wasn’t done properly. Requested a taxi one day in advance to get to the airport. The staff never reserved it, I almost lost the plane.

10min drive to Disneyland. That is the highlight. Otherwise is new and well maintained

Breakfast was awesome but was told kitchen opens at 7pm,so unable to make orders before then. The following day,even at 7pm,I was told the only food they had was pizza and directed to a shop where I could get chicken and chips. I had food poisoning- vomited that night. The room had no intercom and I was alone so couldnt contact anyone. Thankfully,I survived the night

The shower head was not functioning properly.
