If you are into minimalist, industrial, modern architecture this is your place. My only two complaints are the lack of parking in the vicinity and the fact that the half shower panel means that your bathroom floor gets soaked.
Other than those minor quibbles, this is an amazing, quiet, comfortable place to stay in Brooklyn. I’ll be staying here again.

When I booked a few months ahead, I called and requested an upper level quiet room. When I arrived, I guess the accommodation was never met but they did accommodate me right then and there and I got a 7th floor room away from the street. The room was clean and the AC worked. There was shampoo, body wash, hand wash but the lotion pump wasn't working. I just went across the street and bought lotion and mouthwash. There's a lot of shops, restaurants, transportation and cool bars nearby. Sunday I got back early around 10pm and tried to go to sleep around midnight but I can hear the bass from downstairs hotel bar through my ear plugs, so it was a little struggle to fall asleep. I booked during the Labor Day weekend. Overall it was good, I would only book again if I know I'm going to be out late throughout the whole weekend.
