Calanca Valley Ski Vacations

Staff and location was great. To allow people of any culture to wear sandals with exposed feet in the dining room is disgusting. Please stop allowing this...it might acceptable in eastern culture but not in US or Europe.

Really nice hotel in a pretty quiet area just 15/20mins walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and efficient at check in/out.

My overall experience was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, there are a few minor details that I hope the hotel management will consider addressing to further improve the guest experience. I believe the hotel entrance would benefit from some renovation, particularly the carpets, which appear to need refreshing. My room, No. 201, was excellent, and the bathroom was also very good. However, both clearly show signs of age. The room carpets and the upholstered headboard would benefit from deep cleaning or, ideally, replacement as part of a refurbishment. These are only minor observations, as my overall experience was excellent. With a little attention to these details, the hotel could further enhance its already very good standards. Overall, I recommend this hotel and definitely ill stay next time in it

We had two separate stays at this Marriott a few days apart. This was our first visit to Zurich. Both times the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Small bathroom. 8-10 minute walk from the train station, so very convenient.

New property, everything works well and the roo s are nice, staff is friendly and helpful.

Wifi didn't work in my room. But it worked in the restaurant.

Staff was very helpful. Great location to walk Old Town. Breakfast was great!
