Breakfast not nice

This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak much English -- did their best to try and help us. The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom and shower are awesome, and the view is very pretty. Lots of restaurants around -- we liked the Villa. Enjoy!

The room was clean and was in AI mode, which you can command the AI to on the Aircon, room lighting etc.. Lightning

Way to expensive, pictures looked wonderful but the reality was it was poorly maintained. Sink was falling apart and leaking. Toilet seat fell off, really a horrible experience. DO NOT RESERVE THIS it will truly disappoint.

The concierge could be a little bit more helpful, dueling the stay , I wanted to order some flowers in my room , I was told to order it on the phone , but we are foreigners , the phone not quite ready yet， would be nice for the hotel to arrange it for me

The greatest service and atmosphere I experienced in many years

My deluxe room was spacious and the view to the city was beautiful. Location is near the metro station within 5 to 7 min walk. Staff and service is great. Reasonably priced for luxurious hotel.

I've stayed at many Vienna Hotels, but this one has excellent front desk service and clean, odor-free rooms—truly amazing

Great location located near Beijing pedestrian road. Free breakfast for 2 was included. Perfect for a family as room included a king size bed, twin and couch.
