9/10 Wonderful! (1,682 reviews)
Hotel was nice and clean. Spacious cleans rooms.
Staff let like place down. Not very welcoming, overheard two members of staff talking rudely about another member of staff during breakfast. Lucky to find a clean table at breakfast.
Asked about porridge to be told “I have my hands full at the minute”
Customer service needs improving

7.6/10 Good! (487 reviews)
The location was convenient for our plans and the staff were very helpful, even going out of their way to get us into our room early after a long flight. That said our room on the first floor, had a constant dripping noice somewhere that was quite annoying - particularly at night.
