Nice hotel. Very helpful staff. Unfortunately our room was a little tired. The floor was showing signs of wear.

The staff were delightful, and very helpful. The room was spotless, although the heating was erratic, but never cold. The bed was very comfortable. I had requested twin beds, a week or more before we travelled. This was not forthcoming and we were too tired on arrival to ask to change rooms.

Overall good experience but I wish the staff was more diligent about handling valet. They didn't tell me that it takes 30 minutes to get the car back. In addition even when the car arrived they didn't tell us while we were waiting in the lobby. I had to go out and check for myself and found out that the car was already there. I then told the staff who then brought the key from inside which means they were aware of the car's arrival and we were sitting right in front of them.

Great hotel, well positioned, exceptional staff, very clean large room Bathroom a little tired , but also large, very clean and satisfactory. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was courteous and very helpful.
