Airport Pick up service for very helpful with my parents traveling alone

Very dated property. They need to do renovate rooms and specially washrooms.

Pool is natural salt water and can’t see to bottom due to pollution- better maintenance on pool is expected for 5 star. All other amenities were superb. Rooms have architectural roof that echos and can be disturbing at times if you plan to hang out in the room with friends.

The staff we all professional and friendly. The pool and gym were refreshing. Everything was excellent except the internet, which prevented the TV from working properly. We could not watch a movie or even enjoy music due to the intermittent service. All else considered, it is a very nice hotel.

Property was nice and very well maintained. Staff was excellent and they have amazing breakfast as well as buffet.

I travelled to Delhi in March 2026 and stayed herre ith my parents and sister. This was a wonderful hotel. We cannot thank all the staff here enough for everything they did for us. I would particularly like to thank everyone for helping my elderly parents around the hotel. They were looked after so well and like family members which was so nice. We thank you so much. Particular thanks go to Dheeraj, Rashminder and Anushka in Varq and Mr Shah Jahan and his team. We thank you all so much and look forward to visiting again very soon.

This hotel is not as advertised on Expedia in a couple of important ways. First, it is not at the location indicated on Google Maps, but is about 100m south at the location labeled as "The Elevate Hotel." Perhaps this is due to a recent consolidation? Maybe the old location was better, because the current place doesn't merit the positive reviews on Google. Second, while the Expedia description boasts a "top rated breakfast," the breakfast was nonexistent. Due to some problem with the restaurant here they couldn't serve breakfast (or any food), so instead they transported us by taxi to another hotel 5 minutes away for breakfast, which was very inconvenient. They did not inform us of this off-site breakfast arrangement at check-in time, even though we inquired about breakfast. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable. While this hotel was very affordable, I would book somewhere else next time.
