Hotel is good love the location. The breakfast buffet is somewhat awful and I would certainly skip especially for the price they charge. Lots of food options around right out the door. Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were rocks. Other than that great location would probably try one of the other hotels next time but it wasn’t bad and would stay again for sure. They won’t let you check in early either 3pm and it’s a big line as everyone is just waiting…

Cross Hotel Osaka exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Osaka. Its central location is incredibly convenient, with excellent restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and popular attractions within easy walking distance in every direction. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The staff members were consistently professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend Cross Hotel Osaka to anyone looking for quality accommodations in the heart of the city.

Convenient location because walkable to many places. Has washer/dryer. Multiple Convenient stores across or a few steps from hotel with money exchange ATM machine. Love blackout feature in the room. Has umbrellas in lobby for hotel guests on rant days.

Great hotel! We were a family of 5 staying here and the size of the rooms was great. The hotel was clean and modern, recently built. The decor was tasteful. The lobby smelled amazing! The best part was the location. Everything was within walking distance. The neighborhood was lively and family friend. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a few days at the end of our trip. The location is excellent, right near Osaka Castle. We had a room with a view of the castle and river, and it was wonderful. The area is very quiet, and surrounded by other high end hotels, and business offices. The staff at the Otani is beyond attentive to your needs, and go the extra step to make you feel welcome. Rooms come with a nice sized soaking tub, and all toiletries one might need, including toothbrush and toothpaste. We arrived early, and were able to check in early at no extra cost. We were also surprised with a some sweets and a card in recognition of my birthday, which fell during our stay. We opted for a triple room, and each of us had our own bed, which was nice. There is a breakfast buffet available which is very convenient, and numerous boutiques, and restaurants to choose from. There's also a Family Mart and Mister Donut nearby, as well as other small coffee shops and eateries. We opted to have a fancy dinner to celebrate my birthday, at the Sakura restaurant, and it was by far one of the best fancy meals I have had in a long time. Worth the splurge, as it was pricier than anything we had during our trip. Will definitely go back to the Otani.

Great staff great restaurants on location and very convenient location. Room TV was a little outdated but that’s a very minor nitpick.

Excellent hotel. Clean with decent sized room and incredible views. Hotel is on the 19th floor upwards. Restaurant at the top of the hotel is also excellent with amazing views. Highly recommended
