The nighttime entertainment group was excellent really enjoyable, room was nice had a plunge pool would have been better with a subbed out there but all in all very good Food was well cooked I really enjoyed enjoyed quiet atmosphere in evenings eating down by beach. Staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble very polite I had everything I needed Thank you to staff Would stay again if I was to return to Koh Samui

Location is a bit walk from Chaweng beach happening areas. But this brings some well deserved quiet as well. The hotel itself is perfectly arranged - everything is in close proximity. Walking from the sea to bar area is a bit walk up the stairs but frankly not an issue. Rooms were practical and well furnished.

Everything was five star except the wi-fi which barely worked at all. Some aircraft noise but it was not a problem.

Great big room, even the shower was big , we had pool access with a waterfall and 10 metre walk to the main pool and bar/dining area. Service was great, food was great, beach was white with clear blue water. Massage therapists were just beside the pool with bars and restaurants just metres along the beach. Lamai shopping strip and night market 15 minutes walk along the beach....we loved the place!!!.

DO NOT STAY AT KEREM VILLAS. They are deceptive and misleading. They advertised many facilities they in-fact do not have such as a hot tub, spa, 4 outdoor pools, children’s playground, children’s pool, games room, golf, bike riding & the list goes on. None of the facilities are available at there villas yet they advertise them to be & mislead their guests. They advertise they have a private beach yet again this is very misleading as you cannot access the water due to the large rocks, it’s a very small area approx 5x5 metres with 2 sun-lounges setup, no sand & no safe access to enter the water yet they advertise they have a private beach with beach access with sunlounges, cabanas, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes however none of this is in-fact true. To even access the so called “beach” is a nightmare in itself, as you need to walk down approx 50 steps to get there! Not very accessible as advertised. The villa is the next major issue, they advertise it as wheelchair accessible yet it’s built on 3 levels, with no lift, lots of stairs, with no handrails, no gates & certainly no wheelchair accessibility anywhere in or out of the villa. The property management is terrible, as I brought all these concerns to management immediately upon checkin & they didn’t seem to care & said they are limited to what information they can provide guests which is untrue. The villa is also not safe or suitable for children. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VILLA TO ANYONE, overpriced & deceptive!

I mention my gold Benefits and the people didn’t even know about it. I booked a room with a mini bar and mini bar was just 2 cooks and chips. The advertisement of the properties I think are not right. I’m disappointed

Great stay overall. Really helpful staff, immaculately clean. Be aware the hotel is not on the beach but there is a free shuttle to the Beach Bar which was likewise exceptional in terms of standards

The room was clean and shower was mold-free. Staff was friendly and the location was great, it was right in front of a beach and the view from their pool is beautiful, we stayed here for a night before we moved to Phangan island and it was very close to the pier. The street the hotel is on is quite busy so you won't be bored exploring around the hotel while you stay.
