Stay at Discovery Suites in Ortigas for 10 nights from July 9, 2026 to July 19 , 2026 with my wife. Rooms are big and clean Just need a little bit of updating. Excellent breakfast. Food are excellent. Exceptional service from the entire crew. Front desk ( especially JOSHY, MELVIN, etc.)., Breakfast crew (JONATHAN etc.), Security, Housekeeping ( JOVELYN),Engineering, Bellman. Close to everything. They gave us a welcome cake. A banner with my name on it. Wow, that’s above and beyond. They even have weighing scale for your luggage. They provide us with 5 gallons of purified water and small water bottles. What else can i say. Excellent Hotel. Feels like home. Kudos to the MANAGEMENT of this hotel. We will definitely coming back with our 2 kids. Thank you Discovery Suites. Excellent job.

Warm and inviting, just wish the staff was more responsive to the guests needs and requests.

The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix. After 1 hour I complained again about the AC it’s not cooling and another guy came over & I ask him maybe we can change room then after few hours they ask us to transfer…Goshh.. The experience that I got looks like I’m not going back to this hotel again. Lastly, when we moved to the room we brought the towels in the old room because we were thinking that there’s no towels & I’m glad there’s towels, when I checked out they are charging me Php200 for the towels, I told them I wouldn’t pay for your UGLY towel & you should be the one paying me for the inconvenience. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL

The cleaners were very responsive. They gave us all we requested in 2 minutes. Breakfast was good. I will recommend the property.

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.
