Lovely hotel with great staff

Loved how clean the hotel is and have nice details.they put chocolate in your pillows every night. I couldnt find the spa though and the hours were not so friendly with the schedule I had

The room was great. It was clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when we needed them.

Overall we had a good stay. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good and the service was good. Rooms are old and in need of an upgrade. Cleanliness of toilets in rooms requires more attention. We had flies in our first room, and the hotel assigned us to a cleaner one. Our check in process was smooth, however, the front desk staff member who checked us in required more training.

Poor toilet maintenance.

Everything was great. Great reception (especially Ms Mimi, who checked me in), very comfortable and clean room. I had breakfast a few mornings. Regular (hourly) shuttle to nearby IOI City Mall. Malaysia was a great pleasure to visit.

Good - Room is clean and large - Location is good with a direct access to the IOI City mall - comfortable bed and pillow Bad - The bath tub tab is not working, we needed to use the shower head to fill up the bath tub which takes long
