The room was clean but decor and bath quite shabby. Staff were helpful polite and pleasant. The room was very large. There were a few points which rather spoilt it. Minor complaints were that the restaurant wasnt open for lunch at weekends or on sunday evening and that the sound on the tv wouldnt go above 30, also the shower was very antiquated and taps almost falling out of the wall. My major complaint is that the bathroom stank of sh*t which if one didnt ALWAYS close the door permiated thebedroom.

The luggage storage fee should be waived for guests, which is a complimentary benefit at all other hotels where we have stayed. The breakfast had fewer options than expected. The room was clean overall, but the bathtub was too high for kids and seniors to climb, which could potentially cause injuries.

This was an exceptional hotel and made our time in Bruges magical! Our room was romantic with beautiful views of the canal. Breakfast was delicious and offered so many options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel!
