ホテルは普通です! 周辺は観光客があまりいないからいいかも。

ドゥーモまで徒歩10分くらい。近くに美味しいレストランがあり不便を感じなかった スタッフも感じが良くていい旅行が出来ました。

I was torn between a four-star hotel near the Duomo and a five-star hotel a bit farther away, and ultimately chose this one. My room was in the attic, with only a skylight and no window to look outside, but it was spacious and comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner were from Diptyque, adding to the pleasant experience, so the lack of windows didn’t bother me at all.

サービスの気の利き具合、行き届きが素晴らしい。チェーン系高級ホテルでは考えられない、顧客の状況にカスタマイズされ、それでいて押し付けがましくないサービスでした。

こじんまりしてアットホームな隠れ家的な宿。従業員さんがとても親切。運河沿いの賑やかなエリアまでぶらぶら歩いて行かれる立地。朝食は部屋に持ってきてくれるタイプでした。

サービスの気の利き具合、行き届きが素晴らしい。チェーン系高級ホテルでは考えられない、顧客の状況にカスタマイズされ、それでいて押し付けがましくないサービスでした。

今回二回目の滞在でした。予定時間より早くチェックインできて、部屋のアップグレードやワインのサービスなどエクスペディアゴールドのサービスも受けることが出来ました。毎回スタッフの方もとても親切で、朝食も美味しく、素晴らしい時間を過ごせています。ありがとうございました。

Good location and enough space. Friendly staff.
