This is my second stay/review of the property. My first 3 nights stay, the staff were great, helpful and professional However, my second stay was not as good because when I was calling the front desk/reception nobody was answering the phone it took awhile for some to pick up. I was looking for my belt that I left the first time I checked in. The person who answered the phone said she’ll find out and call me back but she never did. I called the operator instead and spoke to a certain Harley, I think that’s his name and he was the one who was able to help/found the belt I was looking for. The guy from the housekeeping brought it up to my room. I was glad and thankful.
However, I/we had the same problem with the room service food we ordered, it was not very good. Again, I’m suggesting for a new Chef.

There was a leakage in the sink, there was a room that is locked, I think it was for some storage but not sure why it was locked, the place was beautiful, the checking in takes longer but I like the place and their pool,

Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very great location just besides shopping mall and walkable distance to BGC High Street.
Breakfast spread is nice too and they changed it everyday.
My only feedback was the gym is not directly accessible from the same elevator (need to change), and maybe place some sanitation wipes and towels if possible. I think it was shared in the building hence it may be different but otherwise everything else are great!

If your traveling with suitcases it's not going to be easy to get it the property. Very difficult to locate correct entrance with ramp( several to climb )
Otherwise once you're in it's amazing location and apartment is great. I wouldn't bother with free breakfast if your coming from West.
