Austrian Alps Romantic Vacations

Room was clean and it was close to walk to restaurants and shopping. Parking and sauna were way too expensive.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel

The location is supper fantastic. The willingness of the staff to go far and beyond to support on any request is something to applaud for. I loved the colorful decor of the room and the color combination of the bathroom very pleasing. The bed was super comfortable The only drawback I would say is the hotel had no functioning restaurent at the time I stayed and no a real lobby one would expect from a 5 * hotel.

The front desk staff were the best I have ever experienced. The hotel is very charming…. Wonderful!

The service was excellent, our room was upgraded. The hotel gives you free bus tickets which was perfect for a day in Salzburg.

Room was very nice, although it felt like the living area and/or bedroom could have benefited from a little more storage. Bathroom was really hot but nicely appointed. Breakfast is outstanding as long as you get there early enough to avoid sitting in one of the back rooms. Servers don’t make it back there very often. It’s amazingly quiet in the rooms - even those facing the Main Street. We were there for New Years And barely heard any noise from fireworks.

Location, staff, restaurant - excellent. Gym - ok

Simply 5 star hotel in historic building on a superb location, excellent service and super helpful staff.

Convenient location, friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet.

The hotel was clean, well run and only a short distance from the airport. My only complaint was the lack of any coffee maker in the room. Normally we would simply find a coffee shop nearby, but no such shop exists. We asked for a coffee, without the full buffet breakfast at their restaurant but were refused.

A wonderful hotel near the airport with a luxury spa and pool with fine dining. If you need a place to work out and swim in Munich, and cannot afford the Forte Hotel at 800-1000 a night, then this is the place for you. There is a gym to work out. a pool for laps with a built in hydro pool, 3 saunas of different heat, and a relaxation area with comfortable beds. The rooms upstairs are clean and comfortable. The staff here are amazing, and every request is honored with care. I will certainly stay here again when I return to Munich.
