incredible hotel and service 10/10

Great hotel in a great position. Marta on reception was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, giving us some great suggestions to make the most of our 3 days. Highly recommended.

This property was beautifully renovated. I visited with my teen daughter and felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. This hotel is very centrally located so if you are looking to hit up many sites in LA this is a great spot. Quiet and a little off the beaten path but definitely walkable to shopping (Century City) and Beverly Hills area. We booked the Gold level and it was great, They had a separate concierge lounge that you can get small breakfast items/appetizers/snacks and grab water/soda on the go. Bella (the other staff as well in the Gold level) were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The mattresses were very hard. They need to look into changing them out. Also maybe look into looking into putting carpet in the rooms, as it was noisy.. We could hear everything going on in floors below and above us. The hallways were super noisy. Staff could have been a little more friendly.

For the money it was great!

We always stay at this hotel, but this time time they shot down the pool. They said air quality was bad, all other pools in the area all opened, I believe they didn't have enough staff and had to shut it down. Would check with them prior to see if there opened.

Great property on quiet street but just a few blocks to the Pier and other Santa Monica action. Our first room was a bit noisy due to street construction so we moved to a different room the second night and everything was perfect. Super friendly staff at check-in and valet. Rooftop restaurant is an amazing place to watch sunset!

The stay was decent overall, with some great features but also a few frustrating parts. The location is really good,close to everything,and the room itself was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor amenities are definitely a highlight. There’s a great pool, a nice sitting area, BBQ facilities, and even a basketball court, which is a nice bonus for families or groups. On the downside, there’s no food or room service, and getting basic things like towels was a hassle,we had to wait a couple of days or find the maid ourselves. The front desk wasn’t very helpful, and the service overall felt lacking. It feels more like staying in an independent apartment building than a traditional hotel. If you’re mainly looking for space and outdoor amenities, it’s a good choice. Just don’t expect full hotel-style service.

I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. It has a modern, boutique feel to it and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our double room was clean and the space was sufficient for 2 people. We did not receive the free bottle of wine that was supposed to come with VIP access.
