Stunning rooms, excellent breakfasts, and a great overall atmosphere. The breakfasts were generous, healthy, and delicious, with the bread and specialty butters being particular standouts. The design and finishes throughout the property show real care and attention to detail.
The one thing that felt slightly off was the service style. The staff were polite and friendly, but seemed overly reserved and lacking confidence. We were also given a very detailed room briefing on arrival. As it was late and we were tired, a shorter introduction would have been more appropriate, as some of the information felt unnecessary.
A beautiful property overall, with just a few refinements needed in the guest experience.
