The hotel smells bad so the staff constantly sprays this air freshener around that smells like bug spray..the towels r frayed and have holes in them..my single room was very small and so was the shower..there is a big hole by the front steps that is dangerous..8 steps to get into the hotel..the breakfast was OK.

We booked a penthouse with a balcony, the room was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and the nice view.

Five star hotel, other than the fact that it is very confusing to navigate, and even when you get to your floor, you still have to climb multiple staircases to get to your room in some instances. Even with signage, we got lost multiple times and couldn’t figure out where the alternative exits were until the end of our day. On the upside, the room was large for European room as was the bathroom. The amenities, including the umbrella and tote bag made a nice souvenir, and the concierge couldn’t have been more helpful. Location can’t be beat. Convenient to canals, Jordaan and Museumplein.

Stay away There is much better options near by After 600 euro /night They refuse first thing on the morning they to give me a coffee and low option breakfast that was included in my room rate by Expedia Not the attitude I accept from this rate !
