Great location, easy parking underground which is quickly accessible off the highway. The room had a great view of the park. The breakfast was stunning, an almost overwhelming assortment of any type of breakfast food one could ask for.

The hotel itself is beautiful but the staff were amazing! They were all so friendly and helpful in every aspect with helping with our very heavy luggage to booking dinner reservations for us.
The location is fantastic for restaurants, shopping, and an evening walk along the waterfront.
Would definitely stay again!

The room was really clean; the staff super friendly and helpful. If it wasn‘t for that, I would have to give it 1 star. The location of the hotel, so close to heavy (!!!) drug use, brothels, and inconsiderate people (screaming at night, fighting on the plazza opposite the hotel, etc), is really a disservice to it.
Once again the staff, especially Damir who helped with storing our luggage, was outstanding. But the hotel location is terrible.
