I love everything about you. Only negative thing was the age of the property. I think you should start repairing the floor. They are a lot of things in the apartment which needs replacing. But overall we LOVED it.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They phoned to check we were happy with our room. Also they put our daughters’ room next to ours - as we booked late I was not sure they could or would remember. It’s a very quiet hotel considering it’s near the centre. The area is a bit shabby in parts but it has some lovely cafes and independent shops which is the vibe we wanted. The room was very stylish and comfortable. We had all we needed apart from a kettle (not a necessity and we could get hot water downstairs). The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean and modern. We couldn’t fault it really. The breakfast was great value and the hotel is good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful high end boutique hotel overlooking the river. We had a balcony overlooking the river which was gorgeous. Big rooms. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely and an experience. They opened only a month ago so some things were not functioning yet. But you have the sister hotel nearby that you can use their amenities too.

Lovely hotel centrally located but after having stayed at 5 stars all over Europe, I’d say this place has yet to learn more about what it means to provide 5 star service. As a family traveling with a 7 year old were surprised to learn upon arrival that the pool was only available from 8am-11am for our child, The concierge wasn’t very helpful or offered any insights for our stay in Porto. For a small-ish property you’d expect more personalized service. Facilities are great there is no doubt there.

Hotel is a good value for the service and amenities. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean. So was the hotel. The spa is good and the message I had was done well. The location was easy to get to from the airport and was centrally located.

The difference is that you are comparing Europe to the USA, and they are just different. I think the location is pretty good, and the balcony (although really small) is really nice. For the price, I think it's a pretty good deal, but...I don't know what the price is now...
