This is a great location to experience Fiji for the first time. There are two beaches included in the resort that are walking distance to each other. The food was great with lots of choice and good quality. The cocktails at the pool bar and drinks were delicious made by Oscar and Seru. A fantastic benefit was free and unlimited use of the kayaks, snorkels and fins. The evening entertainment, in particular the singer and the choir were absolutely fantastic! The sunset bus trip to the western part of the island was a gorgeous way to start the evening/finish a day relaxing. A wonderful addition to the resort.

What to say about this resort, it is simply amazing. It was my 50th birthday trip and it exceeded my expectations. I had booked a room with private pool in the garden and the manager upgraded us to a bungalow on the water! It was spotless clean, bath products superb with jasmine fragrance. Planty of amenities. The restsurants were outstanding, each food we tried was so delicious and detailed. Breakfast offered so many options, from raw fish to meat, bakery of any sort, fresh and cooked vegetables, fruits, anything you can think of. At dinner, they would serve a small complementary appetizer. Definately get the fish on the hot stone at the restaurant near the pool! Drinks were amazing. The pool was super clean and full of water jets. We went to the gym every single day. One day we took a boat ride yo the main island, there is no much to do or see other than a small local market, had to walk long distance to get a restaurant abd the town doesn't have sidewalks so you are basically walking on the street. Also, jewelery places are too expensive, those are much more convenient in Tahiti so overall I would stay at the resort and enjoy an extra day at the beach. The shops at the resort are also great. Next time I will try the spa services. The staff was beyond nice and polite, the manager knew so many languages and she even spoke Italian with us. The service to and from the airport is also outstanding. A must come back from my point of view! Don't think twice, worth every penny.

For the self contained couple who want a positive adjunct to their life, this was perfect. The staff are 10/10.

Faultless I wanted to live there! What a serene and beautiful place

Sadly the reality of this resort was not quite what was promised when booking. Major plumbing issues causing bad smells and water off or limited pressure for over 2 days of our stay. While we thought there were 2-3 dining options there was only 1 restaurant and 1 menu. Also limited places to take a decent walk and communication overall was poor. We were unaware of significant renovations occurring on the resort and felt that there was not enough acknowledgement of the impact this had on a hard saved for holiday. Would definitely not go back and would not recommend

Staff are excellent. We booked a deluxe room for our comfort with pool but 1st day we could not sleep due to lots of cockroaches and air conditioners was making noice lice helicopter. Next day reported tot the manger, they offer a room but downgraded . Again I repotted them they offer similar room and happy with the room But when we open the kitchen drawer to take a spoon, there was long back used socks too of the spoons, fork and knife’s. I didn’t ever bother to report because I was tried of moving twice in same day… we paid high for the room but we we’re disappointed but happy with the staff, hotel location and environment. From hotel as a compliment they offer us dinner free for the night.

The biggest letdown by far was the service. We chose Fiji expecting the warm, world-famous hospitality the islands are known for, but instead, we were met with a generally cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff on arrival were dismissive and unhelpful when we had a minor billing discrepancy, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Throughout the week, the staff at the buffet and bar areas seemed entirely unbothered and exhausted, getting a simple drink order or assistance felt like pulling teeth. When it rained there is nowhere to shelter other than your room. Overall, the lack of effort from the team and the poor state of the resort made this a stressful trip rather than a relaxing vacation. We will not be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere on the Coral Coast.

Everything is great but just no wifi in the room.
