Clean, large rooms.

We chose to park in the garage across the street. No one informed us that the skybridge was closed on weekends which made accessing our car a big problem. Your staff should be fully aware and competent on how a guest can gain entry to the garage on weekends.

Hotel was under renovations, but still very clean. Walking distance to events downtown. Park at the nearby ramp was cheap! Breakfast was meh

The hallways were extremely warm, like bake in the summer heat warm. Or almost like a sauna. Our hot water in the bathroom sink did not work. But, my husband loved the chocolate chip cookies and the staff members were super nice and friendly.
