Good service and very friendly staff

The bed was one of the best sleeps, but the most surprising thing was the laminar flow from the bathroom sink, quiet, no splashing in the sink. The rainfall shower head huge, but the width of the shower is more for the thinner guest.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, convenient location

I booked this hotel through the Expedia app, and upon arrival, I was told that they had not received the payment from the platform. Despite already having paid for my reservation, the hotel required me to pay again directly, assuring me that the duplicate charge would be refunded within a couple of days. I agreed under those conditions in order to check in, but it has now been over a week and I have not received any refund or clear resolution. This situation is very concerning and creates a lack of trust. As a customer, you expect proper coordination between the hotel and the booking platform. It is not acceptable for the customer to bear the burden of such issues, especially without any follow-up or accountability. I would recommend being very cautious when booking here and confirming directly with the hotel in advance to avoid similar problems.
