The biggest disappointment was the Resevation and Introduction note stated the the Airport transport was free. I was charged 1,500 R for the transport service.

A great hotel on the outskirts of Thamel. Good breakfast and great staff. Restaurant food was descent and rooftop pool was nice but some of the pool decking could use some replacement. Towels available at the pool. The spa/massage options were well priced and good service. The laundry service I used for a few items was reasonably priced and items came back clean.
The bedroom was large and bed decently comfortable.
I would stay here again.

the hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! The food tasty and inexpensive overall. Unfortunately, some of the clerks in the shops in the lobby took a hard-sell approach to customers.
