Bow Valley Parkway Pet-friendly Vacations

It’s was better then anticipated we had a full kitchen, laundry set up and bathroom

We enjoyed ourselves. Very clean place and staff was good .

Never saw any staff no one at the front. They never sent my check in information as promised. Not sure why I have to chase them down to receive check in instructions it should have been provided to me. The phone number is rarely answered, when they do they promise to send items to the room then they never show. Very frustrating and poor service. We knew there was no check in desk but they are very slow and lazy getting back to people. We liked the room but also they say it sleeps 6 and there’s no way it sleeps more than 4. The signage is horrible we couldn’t find the gym or the pool you’re forced to walk around the parkade in your bathing suit looking for the pool with no signs around. The floor is very slippery and unsafe!

From the moment we arrived, everything was above and beyond our expectations. Absolutely love this place. 10/10 All the staff have been wonderful, and if you have any questions, they are happy to help you out.

Newly renovated room was exceptionally comfortable and although renovations underway the stay was very comfortable, staff very welcoming.
