The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. In-room laundry was a huge bonus. Highly recommend for families.

Great location lots of dining options close by. Near public transport. Nice quiet area with convenience stores close by.

Central location, across from train station yet the noise was minimal, great for families - full kitchen, washer/dryer. Room was clean, check in was efficient, price is higher than other rooms, however, exceeded our families needs (3 adults, 1 teen, 1 child).

Great location. The room was great, bathroom & bathtub, bedroom nice, & living room was nice side with 2 sofas. But if you use the sofa as beds, it was not comfortable.

The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is closer to Shinagawa station, handy to 7-11 and other amenities

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, it has everything anyone could possibly want and is set in the most stunning gardens.

Absolutely beautiful luxury hotel. Welcoming staff and concierge service specific to Hanakohro is a nice feature that distinguishes one’s stay and makes it even more special. Restaurants onsite are very nice, although a bit on the pricey side. The garden is very relaxing.

The service was excellent. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-designed, and the shower was particularly impressive. My wife especially enjoyed the onsen facilities. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, offering a wide selection of both Western and Eastern dishes. My only complaint is the gym, which lacked any resistance training equipment. Even a basic set of dumbbells up to 20–30 kg or a few kettlebells would be a significant improvement.
