The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The food was great. The private beach was always immaculate and the locals are very friendly and approachable.

Staff make the place

We had a fantastic stay at Kaani Palm Beach. Rooms are spacious, a/c works really well, good sized bathroom and a really comfortable large bed. The infinity pool on the roof is a great bonus with fantastic views, although it can get very warm in the afternoons. The Kaani sunbeds on part of bikini beach are free, and have an umbrella. The main attribute for the hotel however, is the staff. We met so many lovely members of staff, that I can't remember them all, but I would like to mention Azmeem, one of the managers who helped us when we had a problem with the room. In the restaurant, Anisur, Try, Farouk, MD Alom and Omelette man Rana (apologies for any spelling mistakes) were all absolute stars, I would like to mention more, but my memory lets me down. Would definitely love to come back to this hotel 💯

Boring breakfast with limited fresh fruits and veggies. Boring buffet dinner. I recommend, you don’t buy with your stay. Same boring foods with limited fruits and veggies. City view is “building view”. No city, just walls and bricks. It’s good hotel for those who are budget conscious. IT’S A DRY RESORT. No alcohol beverages sold at the hotel or surrounding restaurants. Loved the cleanliness. It’s clean. Loved the staff. Professional. Staff is nice. THEY TAKE GREAT CARE IF YOU. Loved the location. Great location. All roads surrounding the hotel are made of dirt so, no cute shoes. The beach is extremely rocky so wear water shoes to protect your feet.

To be honest,Everything is perfect. Staff are well trained. Food are good. Management have been looked after us in great details such as suprise champagne and cake for birthday. Well done.

Taj is exceptional. In every way. The staff, the service, the view, the food and the property are amazing. Will definitely come back to this property again.

Staff make the place

Incredible experience with a truly amazing staff. Rooms were a little warn down but the property and privacy/quiet nature of the resort itself helped absorb that one fault. Will absolutely be back!

Everything was great. Hut is great, beach and reef, staff all great. Nice touch is the twin island experience. The only thing that can be improved is food selection to focus more on local cuisine. Overall I would return to this place in no time.

Lovely, bright hotel in a gorgeous location! Stunning views all around. Mainly for a romantic get away. String WiFi but not exactly business friendly. The food is really good! But not worth half-board or full-board prices. No alcohol on this island (Huraa) but there's a day pass to a resort that does. Water activities can be organized, no problem. Best part was the staff for sure! Absolutely warm, attentive and competent. I was treated with respect; like a welcomed guest! There are 2 extra cafes near by if you're looking for a little someone different to eat. And there's an ATM at the pier. The hotel manager will get you set up with a ferry to and from. It's a little disorienting fitting out where to go and when after leaving the airport but it all worked out. There were some leaks and there are several signs of water damage but it's but really a problem. Shower is clean, strong and warm. Windows don't close and there's no bug zappers. Overall, it was really great experience for me.
