The hotel is new and beautifully done. It’s in a nice location away from the crowds in San Marco Piazza. The customer service at the hotel was poor, they didn’t care. We were jet lagged and overslept one of the days when our alarm did not go off. We missed breakfast and they even refused to give us a cup of coffee. They also charge 15 Euros for a water shuttle which is crazy since everyone takes the shuttle since that’s the only way to get to the hotel. Overall, disappointed by the poor customer service at the hotel.

"This was a lovely property on a small canal, not facing across from Venice. It had a wonderful included breakfast. It was convenient to the vaporetta stop. The only thing missing was the air conditioning. It had not been turned on for the season yet."
