Not a bad hotel. Close to a shopping centre and good eateries around. The MRT is also a 10 minute walk which is convenient. Much further out than central. Really small gym and pool so amenities weren’t great to use. Room was good, decent size but not for the price paid. Overall an okay hotel to stay at.

Room is old, dirty and unprepared before we check in. Terrible place to stay.

I enjoyed the Kimberly Chinese Restaurant very much

Due to a HK policy of no use of plastic - there was no water in the room which if you come in late after a long travel day and wake up and need water there is nothing. They need to put in place a system that other hotels use which is to use reusable glass bottles and have an on-site UV water purifier.

Nice to have a mini bus ride to the MTR and back to the hotel.

I had to carry my luggage for at least a block , not taxi can get to the door , it was raining and when I ask for help there is not body to help you only the attendant at the window and he said he can not leave the office Lousy please do not book this place , is not quite what they show in the advertisement My opinion is very poor sssrvoce

In 30 years of traveling ive never experienced such unhelpful and unethical treatment from management
