Took a long time for room service. Not a lot of gluten feee options. Needed 2 bars of soap. But views spectacular, room and location great. Staff were lovely.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Rooms are upgraded and comfortable. Only complaints are that the Wi-Fi can be slow at times or cut out, and there are not enough power points and zero USB charging ports so make sure to bring your own.

What a fantastic Hotel. My King Size room was on the 12th floor with a stunning view. Just 3 min. from the cruise ship, restaurants, and enterainment. We even got a free bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate, free nice breakfast. Plus a couple of free drinks. Bed was super comfy, large shower (no bathtub), and even free extra hour (12:00) for departure.
