Close proximity to airport for early am departure! Food was a great end to my Scandinavia trip!

There is a massive Easygym right opposite in a building that doesn’t look like a gym at all Natura Viva nearby for kayaks and paddle boards offers discount for Hotel Rantapuisto guests. Very tasty breakfast buffet but dinner menu not ideal for hungry teenagers and not much else nearby (without transport) The best rooms are the Seaside ones

Edge of town, no adjacent services, many more formal steps at check-in than in the 12 previous places I stayed immediately prior to staying here; vibe didn't feel good in comparison.

The host was great. Very communicative and arranged for us to self check in late and as an extra bonus we were able to leave our bags after checkout for a couple of hours which was very convenient. The room was clean and fine for our one night stay. However, there was a strange smell from the water in the pipes which made the entire room smell a little unpleasant and there was a lot of noise throughout the night from the walkway right outside as guests checked in and out so be mindful of that if you are a light sleeper. Overall it is in a good walkable location and fine for a short stay.
