We had a wonderful time staying at the Palazzo! The rooms were so beautiful, quiet and clean! The casinos, shops and restaurants makes it so you never need to leave the property! Self parking was super easy and check-in process at a kiosk made the process fast. We even had texts sent to our phone when the room was ready. Such a great experience, we will definitely book here again!

I was told by the property that I will receive a refund for my one night stay. I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head. It has been 3 days and I’ve not received a refund.

You book this hotel for the location. Amenities, service are ok. People are friendly and willing to help but some thing are just the way they are. AC don’t work all the time, when it did it produced a high pitched noise, there was this flashing light right above the bed that was seemingly random in its blinking pattern sometimes really bright other times not noticeable. Our first room had a view of construction equipment, second room on floor 10 was a lot better. TV stopped working after first night, two asks to fix nothing changed. It was really nice to be able to drink from the taps in the bathroom.

Just got back from a few days at the Conrad in April 2026, and wow, the staff made everything easy. We rolled up at two in the afternoon and they handed us the room right away—no waiting, no drama. Huge plus! They even tossed in some credits for the bars, which we burned through happily. Service everywhere was spot-on: bartenders quick and chill, pool crew on point too. The pool? Crystal clear, perfect temp, and we lounged all day without issues. Room was massive—just like we asked for. Daily housekeeping kept it fresh. And the best? That free Zoox ride thing—they shuttle you around the Strip in these cool robotaxis, no cost. Saved us tons of time and cash hopping between spots. Overall, solid luxury without the hassle. Would definitely go back.

Service was excellent and staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The pool was picture perfect with the beautiful views of the ocean and stunning landscapes. Our bungalow room had two French doors that opened to a view of the ocean, perfect for taking in the cool breeze. We enjoyed the resort and will visit again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
